WILD TRADING IN STEEL. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) NEW YORK, Sept. 23. Wild trading in United States steel stock threw Wall street into a ferment. Liquidation' on a large scale took place. There was a drop of five points in the first hour, but a, slight, recovery took place afterwards. The total sales ara the largest since 1902. The liquidation is due to. a belief that the Steel Corporation will be forced to dissolve as the result of the recent suit brought against it by the Department of Justice.
