THE FEDERAL PARLIAMENT
MEETING IN FEBRUARY. MELBOURNE, January 10. The Federal Parliament will be called together about the middle of February. As the outcome of the Webb versus Outtram income tax decision, it is likely that the Federal Parliament will take steps to remove the jurisdiction in Federal matters from the State Courts and rest it exclusively with the High Court.
