ATHLETES DISQUALIFIED.
CRIMINAL ACTION TO FOLLOW (By Telegraph. —Press Assooiatioiq INVERCARGILL, Jan. 9. At a meeting of the Southland Centre of the New Zealand Athletic Union last evening, a visiting athlete who competed last season in the Auckland and West Coast districts, and a northern man, were disqualified for life for alleged " ringing in/' The society intend taking criminal action against the latter.
