ANNUAL MEETING. Tie annual meeting of the above was helc in the library building on Saturday evinicj} last. The annual report was read as follows: '• Yotr committee are able again to place before subscribers a satisfactory report and balance sheet. Through circumstances not being favourable neither an Industrial Exhibition or library ball were held during the past two years, nevertheless, the finances of the institution are in a healthy state.
