VTOTICE is hereby given that at a 1A Special jiteting of the Hungahunga Drainage Board, held on the 29th day of November, 1906, it was resolved that for the purpose of providing the interest and other charge? on a loin of £3OOO authorised to be raiaeU by the Ilunuahunga Drainage Board under " The L cal Bodies Loins Act, 19ol," from the Colonial Treasurer, for a period of forty-one years at four per cent, per annum, for the construction of drainage works for the drainage of the Hungahunga Drainage District, tho snid Hungahnnga Drainage Board DOTH HEREBY make and LEVY a SPECIAL RATE of ONE PENNY HALF PENNY IN THE POUND upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Hungahunga Drainage District, comprising all the lands within the gazetted boundaries thereof, as pet forth and chained in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 8, page 3411, Bth February, 1906, and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half yearly on the first day of January and let day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of forty one years, or until the loan is fully paid off. AND NOTICE is hereby further given that the said resolution will be submitted to an ordinary meeting of the said Board to be held at Te Aroha on THURSDAY, the 10th day of January, 1907, at 11.30 ».m. for oonfirmation as a Special Crder.
