JURY CONDONES MURDER
NEW YORK. December !
The gland jury at Watkius, New York State, has refused to indict Frederick Scobey, a banker's son, for the murder of Frederick Dickinson, his wife's admirer. The refusal is based 011 the documents of " the unwritten law," and his counsel is preparing a defence 011 these lines 011 his client's behalf.
