THE CRICK - WILLIS TRIAL.

Cabinet has appointed the District Court judges a Royal Commission to inquire into certain implications involving the purity of the jury system, arising out of statements made in connection with the case of Crick and Willis. The jurymen who waited on the Attorney-General on the matter declined to make a statement unless they were indemnified against any action that may be brought, and the commission is fhe outcome.
