♦ 24 FATALLY INOCULATED. •, LONDON, November 27. Reuter's Manila correspondent states that ten out of twenty four prisoners who are belibved to have been inoculated «iih cholera virus for experimenting purposes have died. Ihe virus was contaminated with that of bubonic plague.
