TRADES DISPUTES BILL.
♦ A SCATHING CONDEMNATION. LONDON, November 20. Professors Dicey and Westlake condemn the Trades Disputes Bill, which practically sanctions Irish boycotting. Professor Dicey declares it sacrifices individual liberty in England to facilitate defiance of the law in Ireland.
