THE CARUSO CASE.
A TEN DOLLAR FINE. NOTICE OF APPEAL. NEW YORK, November 24. The hearing of the Caruso case has concluded. Mrs Graham and other women alleged to have been molested were absent from Court. The only witness supoenaed by the poliee to give evidence was a man whose late employer declared he was discharged for dishonssty. Caruso Was fined ten dollars. He gave notice of appeal.
