TREATMENT OF GERMAN POLES.
A REMARKABLE APPEAL, BERLIN, November 23. M. Sinkwecky, the famous Polish novelist, addressed a remarkable letter to the Kaiser, recounting the unjust persecution inflicted upon German Poles, and appealing to the Emperor as a Christian, to redress their grievances and abate the measures which were the legislation of hatred, violence and veugeauce.
