SITTING IN MELBOURNE
MELBOURNE, November 19
The Anglican Church congress has been opened ; besides those from all parts of Australia, representatives include the Primate of New Zealand, (Dr. Neville), and the Bishop of New Guinea. Archbishop Clarke, of Mel. bourne, delivered an interesting address on the limits of tolerance.
