♦ A MISAPPREHENSION. LONDON, November 13. Mr \\ inston Churchill states that the Newfoundland Government was under a misapprehension regarding the Brilliant's action. Her captain merely identified himself with the movements of both sets of fishermen towards a voluntary working arrangement in the interest of the amicable conduct of the joint fishery.
