THE BOER RAID.

Mr \\ inston Churchill, replying to Mr Balfour said the Governor of German South West Africa had been asked to captme the freebooters if they return thither. Mr Dalziel inquired if any information had been received showing that the so-called raid was engineered from Johannesburg in order to divert attention from the Chinese labour question. This was greeted with loud Opposition laughter.
