MONTGOMERY'S ENTERTAINERS.
TOWN HALL, TO-NIGHT. A final reminder is given that thoae old favourites, Montgomery's, will appear at the Town Hail to-night, making their one and only appearance thia visit. Local music lovers will have an oppjrtunity of hearing a gifted vocalist in the parson of Mr W. H. Montgomery, a brother of the well-known proprietor ot the compjny. He is only a recent arrival from England, where for several jeara he filled important roles with leading operatic companies. The Manchester Guardian thus eulogises hia ainging: "MrW. H. Montgomery'a beautiful voice enabled him to do full justice to the lovely music allotted to Grosvenor in " Patience " which he eang with admirabie taste and skill." Of another appearance the London kra said: achieved in the opera waa Mr Montgomery's exceptionally fine rendition of that favourite solo 'Queen of My Heart.'" A very fine array or an entirely new series of animatbd pictures will be exhibited, 'lbey have just oome to hand from Mr Montgomery's London and Paria agents, and are aaid to be exceptiomlly good photographic specimens. Mr Edmund Montgomery and MiBS Ettio Hargood will sing several beautiful new illustrated songs, and Hatry Thomas will unfold a budget of new humorous son^s.
