Heraey (Mr MacDiarmid) for £o Bs, for a stove and table legs left in a house sold by plaintill' to defendant in March, 1906. After hearing evidenoe, judgment was entered for plaintiff for £5 2a 6d and costa £i la. '1 he Court then rose.
