Rolston was charged, that being a prohibited person, he did, on October 30th, obtain liquor from licensed premises,- and ■Jas. Bjwilen was charged with procuring the liquor for Rjls'on. Rolston was convicted and ordered to coma up for sentence •'hen called upon, and tiowden was fined 103 and 9a costs. UNDEFENDED CASES. Heraey (Mr MacDiarmid) for £o Bs, for a stove and table legs left in a house sold by plaintill' to defendant in March, 1906.
