♦ ARREST OF AXARCHISTS. A FORT ROIiREI). ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 11. A store of bombs, ;i laboratory and a | printing press have been discovered at Baku. Twenty-one anarchists were arrested there. ien masked robbers gained entrance to the Sevastopol tort, gagged the otlicer commanding, and stole a number of carbines. The garrison was apparently asleep. Several suspects have been arlested. SOLDIERS' RIGHTS RESTRICTED. WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY. A BOMB EXPLOSION. ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. The Czar las forbidden soldiers to join political organisations or agitations. Commanders are to be dismissed if they knowingly tolerate any infringment of the order. In future, all communications between Tsaikoesees and Berlin will be conducted by wireless telegraphy. During a search of unoccupied rooms at Titlis, the drawing aside of a curtain caused the explosion of a bomb, killing two gendarmes and a porter and wounding three policemen. FATE OF A BOMB THROWER. ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 12. A bomb thrown at a burgomaster failed to explode, and a policeman shot the person who threw it dead.
