THE DREADNOUGHT.
CONTINENTAL HESITATION. LONDON, November 12. Under pressure the Admiralty has now arranged for the Dreadnought, •with a full complement of officers and men, to begin a six months' cruise in December, conducting steaming and gunnery tests for the information of the designers of the new Dreadnoughts. Continental Powers hesitate to commence the newest battleships until trustworthy information is procurable of the Dreadnought's designs.
