THE CANTON-KAULUNG RAILWAY. LONDON, Novsmber 12. An agreement has been signed between Waiwupu, the Chinese Foreign Office and the BritishChinese Corporation, for the construction of the Canton-Kaulung Railway, which means raising a loan ~ of a million and a half sterling.
