STIRRING UP REBELLION | LONDON, November In. It is officially announced that Ferreira, a Transvaaler, with several Boers, who were recently employed in German South-West Africa, is raiding in the north west of Cape Colony, j trying to organise a rebellion. i They surrounded and surprised ( police camps at Abeah and Witkop, ' wounding two troopers and capturing ' ffms and ammunition. , After gaining some recuits he is marching on Zwartmoddes. forcing 1 farmers to join, and asserting that a rising is imminent in the Transvaal. I The district raided is desolate land occupied by a few graziers. ~
