Sir,—l noticed iu your bsue of Thursday last a letter from a Mr Purdy regarding the baby show connected with the Band and Brigade Bazaar, but as that gentleman is only an outsider and had no connection whatever with the above, I deem it un uecessary to intrude on your valuable syac-j to answer his correspjadeo.ee. The committee are quite capable of looking titter their own ..flairs, and have fully discussed and settled the nutter without Air Purdy's .tssistance,—l am, etc., J. TAYLOR.
