REBEL RAJAH DEFEATED.
♦ LONDON, September 24. v. Dutch troops captured the Rajah of Badoengo's (Little Java) stronghold, including his wives, who afterwards committed suicide. A Dutch official account states that four hundred men, women and children perished in a final desperate sortie.
