The middleweight coutest was short and sharp, Baker (New South Wales) kuockiug out Nash (New Zealand) ju half a round, Jn the lightweight, Parlour (New South Wales) and Maize" (New Zealand) occupied the full time, the Welshman gaining the verdict after an excellent contest. In the heavyweight, Kodd (New South Wales) owing to sustaining a broken finger in the semi-final, forfeited to ConneU(New Zealand;. In the bantam conlest, FitzJohn (New South Wales) beat Dickinson (New South Wales).
