LONDON, September 9. The Trades Union Cougress has closed.
As the result of a Jong discussion, it was resolved that a Bill be introduced in Parliament during next session, embracing State maintenance of skilled medical attendants fop all children in State schools, and free! secular education from the primary school to the university.
