SCENE IN PARLIAMENT. MELBOURNE September 7. The House sat all night and on till four in the afternoon dea.'iug with t)ra harvester duties. Mr Conroy, sitting behind Mr Watson, shouted something about a swindle worked by a Minister of the Crown. Mr Watson heatedly replied, and the two men faced each other across the back of the bench shouting angrily in each other's faces. The House was in an uproar, and the Chairman's voice was only occasionally heard above the din calling members to order. Mr Conroy eventually apologised for creating a disturbance. *
