E X ECU TI YE COM MITT EE. A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Wnik .to A. and P. Apscciation was hold in the rid Borough Chamber?, yesterday morning, Mr .1. Barugh, in the chair. There were also present: Messrs A. H. faring, I. Coaiea, Hinton, J. Gordon, M. G. Earrer and H. S. Hawkins. Judges and Stewards. —Several gentlemen wrote consenting to aid as either judge? or stewards at t'"e show, and the committee arranged for the tilling of the places of one or two who could not act. I't hlioan's Booths. —It was decided to apply tor conditional licenses for two publican's booths. Seddon Memorial.—The secretary of the Seddon National Memorial Eund forwarded the circular issued to local and public bodies, consideration being deferred pending further information as to the National and Provincial movements. Dkuids' Gala.— The committee arranging the Druid's gala, to be held in Hamilton, on Saturday, November 17, upplit J for the use of the Claudelands showgrounds.—The Executive left the matter in the hands of Messrs Coates and Farter, with the secretary. Cattle Yards.—Owing to the difficulty experienced in obtaining rails-, the committee decided that if the timber is not on the ground by the end of this month, the erection of the new cattle yards will be postponed till after this year's show. Raising a Loan.—Messrs J. Barugh, 11. S. Hawkins, J. Gordon and I. Coates were appointed a committee to arrange for a loan from the Union Bank of Australia for sufficient to pay off the trustees so that the Association can take possession of the ground.

Land for Offices.—Messrs Barugh, Gjrdou, Coates and Hawkins were deputed to make inquiries in the matter of the purchase of land in Yictoria-street, Hamilton, for the erection of offices. Show Night Concert. —Mr Gordon consented to interviw a gentleman in Auckland in reference to the concert proposed to be held in the Hamilton Town Hall on the two show nights.
