SALE OF LANDS.
(by telegraph,-own correspondent). Auckland, Last Night. At Messrs Cochrane and Son's sale of country lands, by order of the Supreme Court for non-payment of rates and expenses, the undermentioned lots were sold:—North Wairau, 40 acres, 2s 4d per acre; Parish of Oamaru, 40 acres, 4s per acre; Pariah of Pupuke, 80 acres, Is Gd per acre; Parish of Kirikiriroa, 50 acres, 5s per acre; Parish of Komakoru, 50 acres, 2s 4d. Several northern sections were also sold.
