THOUSANDS RENDERED HOMELESS. (by klkotrio tklkgraph-copyright). London, November 15. FLOODS in the south-west counties of England have caused an immensfr amouut of damage. A severe hurricane in the Channel, wrecked a number of coasting vessels, with considerable loss of life. Later. Continuous rains have been experienced in England and the northern portion of Em ope. The autumn rains have caused severe floods in the south-west o£ England. Thousands of people are rendered homeless in the vicinity of Bath and the country around Gloucester is one huge lake.
