THE CZAR'S HEALTH.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPHY-COPYRIGHT,) London, October 30. The Czar, it is said, is* taking less food, and his condition Weakens. He suffers from cough, and in his attacks discharges blood and phlegm, At the request of the Czarina the Princess of Wales will start for Lavidia to-morrow, travelling night and day. St. Petersburg, October 29.
The Czar is spitting blood in large quantities and at short intervals. His left lung is affected and his condition is now very serious.
