I ahsll cause the said land to be sold by auction at ] 1 o'clock on the 24th day of July, 1800, at the Auction Rooms of Messrs Arthur and Buddie, Queen-street, Auckland, with all the rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unless the amount of writ, £1141 3s 'Jd, and all expenses thereon, be paid to inc on or before the above date.
