I, Frederick John William Gascoyne, Sheriff of the District of Auckland, hereby give notice that, under a Writ of Sale duly issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Auckland District, and directed to me, wherein William Macgregor Hay, as Plaintiff, hath recovered judgment against Te Raihi, Irihia te Kauae, Te Hura, lhaia te Oriori, Horomona, Karaka, and Te Teira te Kono, who are the defendants I have taken iu execution ALL THOSE PIECES OR PARCELS OF LAND, viz. :- Section No 3, Puahue No 2 Block, West Taupo County, 355 acres Section No. 1, Pukekura Block, West Taupo County, 283 acres Section No. 3, Pukekura Block, West Taupo County, 296 acres Sectiou No. 6, Pukekura Block, West Taupo County, 300 acres Section No. 14, Pukekura Block, West Taupo County, 293 acres, all more or less, belonging to the above defendants. I ahsll cause the said land to be sold by auction at ] 1 o'clock on the 24th day of July, 1800, at the Auction Rooms of Messrs Arthur and Buddie, Queen-street, Auckland, with all the rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unless the amount of writ, £1141 3s 'Jd, and all expenses thereon, be paid to inc on or before the above date.
