MINERS' STRIKE.
(lIY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION'). Greymoi'th, Last Night. Tiikbk aro no further developments ro strike. The men are to consider the matter to-night. In the meantime they have the opportunity to check Mr Kennedy's statement as to losses, by sending an expert to examine the Company's books at Uunedin, where they are kept, and this will be a work of weeks, Mr Kennedy wants the miners to go to work on Monday at twenty per cent, reduction, and if his statement as to the Company's losses is correct, he will expect the miners to accept tho 20 per cent, reduction. If, on the other hand, he is in error he will not press the reduction.
