PROSPECTUS OF THE HAMILTON PUBLIC HALL COMPANY, LIMITED. CAPITAL £1100 In 1100 shares of £1 each, of which 350 paid up shares will be held by the present holders of the hall, and 750 offered to tho public on the following terms : Is per share on application, Is per share on allotment, and half-yearly call of Is 6d per share until the shares are paid up, being 12 calls of Is 6dper share, extending over a period of 6 years.
