Dunedin, Last Night.
The dwelling of Mr Bailey, watchmaker, at Cannongate, has been totally destroyed by fire. Mrs Bailey was retiring with a kerosene lamp in her hand, when it exploded. Mr Bailey was insured for £100 in the Norwich Union, He estimates his loss at £300. The house was insured in the Standard Company for £200.
