Tho Directors anticipate that the Shares will be fully subscribed for, and operations commenced within six months and that not more than 10s. per share will be called up satisfactory banking arrangements having been made. it is^ proposed to build a powerful itcamer suitable for ho requirements of the rive, at an estimated cost of £5001 ; also several barges and Goods' Depots. Arrangements havo been niado for a supply of Coal at Ralph's Mine, at the rate of 10s. per ton, for a term of years.
