Each Scholarship will be tenable for two years and will entitle its holder to an allowance at the rate of £30 a-ycar, nnd to free tuition at the Grammar School. The competition for three of the Scholarships will bo confined to the pupils of tlie District or Common Schools of the province. The competition for the remaining one will be open to all corners, subject to certain conditions.
