Rich, to sell, by public luction, at the Land Mart, Fort-street, on Wednesday' 24th July, at twelve o'clock, ''•••' That most Valuable and Centrally-situated Farm, at Ohaupo, Waikato, known a* "Fernaide," and containing 920 acres, being Lots 174, 175, 191, 192, 304. 306, 307, 309, .31.0, 313, 314, 315, 316, 317; 31.9, 321, 222, -323, 324, 329, and 3CO, in the Parish of Te Rapa, County of Waikato. The Farm is situated at Ohaupo, at the junction of the Hamilton, Cambridge, andTe Awamutu roads, within three miles by a good road of the steamers, landing on the Waikato River. It is well watered by two creeks, and the whole of it (except 150 acres) substantially fenced and sub-divided. Six padlocks, containing respectively 100, 70, 45, 30, 20, and 12 acres, are permanently laid down in grass. The buildings consist of an eight-roomed dwelling house (48 x 22), well finished, stable and store-room (42 x 20), workshop and other out-buildings. A garden of two acres surrounds the house, planted with choice trees and shrubs ; the orchard containing 80 trees. Furniture and Stock may be taken at a valuation.
