A large number of backward spi ingers lriet with an indifferent .sale. Store cattle | worcln better request, particularly steers in fresh j condition. Fat cattle were not generally of good i quality, and were dull of sale ; and excepting a few choice animals, late prices were scarcely sustained. TJjf 3}icop penned were nil well fatted and of good quality, ami in full supply; last week's prices were .sustained. Tigs were unusually numerous, and of all descriptions. f lhey were in request.
