BLUFF GRANITE CO.

A very valuable industry has sprung up at the Bluff by the opening, of the Bluff Granite Company's quarry. Already the sum of £IO,OOO has been expended in installing plant, and it has been decided to issue 40,000 one pound shares to the public. Since the inception of the company orders for Bluff granite have been received parts of the Dominion, and! \ many of the solcliens' memorials have been erected from this handsome stone. The company's property consists of 70 acres of freehold, and the stone is the only one in the dominion that will retain its natural colour and polish. The .prospectus and samples of stone mny be seen at this office, andi shares may be obtained from Mr J. Instone, local agent for J. Holloway, Ltdi. Several parcels of shares have already been taken up locally.
