The Progressive League and Bowling Club building at South Riverton is now completed, and Mr McDonald is to be congratulated on the workmanship displayed. The four fine boilers will be a .splendid asset to the town, and a great convenience to the public.
The school picnic from, Gore will arrive in Riverton to-morrow.
The Irish Olympic Games, which will be held in Dublin, will occupy the week commencing August 7. Contingents including, the United States, Canada, Argentina, and South Africa have [promised to compete.
