ERMEDALE SPORTS.
The Ermedale sports took place on Wednesday last, and. a most successful function resulted, visitors being present from all parts of the district. The Committee had a plentiful supply of hot water and milk on hand, and, after partaking of lunch a number of races were run, the results being as follows:

Ladies' wool winding—Mrs Willis 1, Mrs Frew 2, Mrs Cleaver 3. Tilting—J. Douglas 1, J. Fraser, jnr., 2, G. Brown, 3. Polo race—C. Stalker 1, A. Smart 2, Miss McKenzie 3. Walk and trot—M. Forde IA.
