FATALLY INJURED

In a Motor Accident MAN WITH A LARGE FAMILY ACCIDENT FOLLOWS BLOW-OUT (.Per Press Association). WAIROA, This Day. About 3 o’clock on Saturday afternoon a sedan car overturned on the Tuhara Road, due to a blow-out of the front wheel. A man named Edwards, a passenger, was killed. He is a Native aged 42, married, with seven children, the youngest being born about a week ago. He attempted to escape, but was pinned beneath the car, which overturned on him, inflicting fatal injuries, death being instantaneous. Six other occupants of the car es■capad without injury, excepting a few minor cuts and shock. Had Edwards not attempted to get out it is stated that he would have escaped as lightly as the others.
