OVERSEAS MATTER Outward Mails for Australian States, Ceylon, India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, Egypt and South Africa, also air-mail correspondence (extra fee 7d per ioz.) for Great Britain, Ireland and Europe, via KarachiLondon Air-mail per “Maunganui," at Auckland, close as follows: — Waipukurau, August 25th, 4.15 p.m. Mails for Pago Pago and Honolulu, also specially addressed correspondence for Fiji, Apia, Canada, and United States of America, Mexico, also Britain, Ireland and Europe, per Monteray, at Auckland, close as follows: — Waipukurau, August 29th, 4.15 p.m. Correspondence will also be accepted for despatch by air-mail services in Canada and United States of America. Air-mail fee in addition to postage, 4d per i oz. NOTE. —Packet and newspaper mails close half an hour, and registered mail one hour before the time of closing ordinary letter mails.
