Scourges of the Pacific A VIGOROUS CAMPAIGN SAMOA AND COOK ISLANDS (Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. Dr. S. M. Lambert, medical representative of the Rockefeller Foundation in the South Pacific, is visiting Wellington with the object of furthering steps being taken by the Government authorities for the more active prosecution of hookworm and yaws campaigns in Samoan and Cook Islands. The Western Samoan administration and the Rockefeller Foundation have been co-operating in the battle against these scourges, and a vigorous campaign is being renewed.
