Loked for Trouble
WITH A LIGHTED MATCH LORRY DRIVER FOUND IT. \ (Per Press Association.) t CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night.’ A motor lorry, owned by A. E. Rad: cliff <■, carrier of Governor’s Bay. was destroye'd by lire at Dyer’s Pass road on Friday night. The lorry was loaded with 100 empty petrol eases. Engine trouble develop-. cd on the hill and the driver ;struck a match to investigate. Flames burst out and as no help was available, the lorry, valued at £350, was totally destroyed.
