BOROUGH OF WOODVILLE. . WATERWORKS LOAN. kTOTIOE IS HEREBY GIVEN \ that at a Special Meeting of I the Woodville Borough Council held on Saturday, the 31st day of August, 1901, the following Special Order was passed:— THAT in accordance with the provisions of Sections 98 to 101 and 112 to 115 of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900," and of Sections 37 to 44 of "The Rating Act, 1894," and for the purpose of secnriog the repayment of a Loau of Ten Thousand Three Hundred *and Twenty Pounds and the payment of the interest thereon, the Woodville Borough Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of ONE SHILLING in the £1 upon the annual ratable value of all properties within that part of the Borough of Woodville which is bounded on the North by Sowry Road, on the East by Pinfold Road, again on the North by Vogel Street, again on the East by Rural Section No. 70, on the South generally by the Manga-atua River, on the West by Rural Section No. 123, again on the North by Rural Section No. 120, and again on the West by Rural Sections Nos. 120 and 8. SUCH RATE to be an annually recurring rate for a period of 41 years from the 30th day of September, 1901, and to be payable by equal half-yearly instalments on the 31st day of Maroh and the 30th day of September in each year. AND NOTICE is also given that a Special Mooting of the Woodville Borough Council will be held on MONDAY, the 80th day of September, 1901, at 4 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of confirming the above Special Order. The Rate Book is now open for inspection at the office of the Woodville Borough Council during office hours, which are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, from 10 to 12 a.m. and from 2 to 4 WM.
