Advertisements inserted by the month or quarter, and withdrawn at any time before the expiry ot a monthly or quarterly period, are charged for as if inserted for the fr.ll term Alterations for standing advertise merits should be handed in by 2 p.m the day before they are required to appear. Instructions as to the insertion or withdrawal of advertisements in the Examiner must be in writing. Ad yertisements received without such instruction will bo inserted until countermanded, and charged oordiugly. Notice to withdraw advertisements must be given in writing not later than day before issue. Advertisers and subscribers can remit payment by money orders or postage stamps. For the convenience of advertisers replies to advertisements may be sent to the Examiner Publishing Office, but the Proprietors do not accept ar.y responsibility. While every care is exercised in regard to the due insertion of advertisement, the Proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for the noninsertion through accident or from other causes; and the Proprietors reserve to themselves the right of omitting advertisements that they may deem objectionable, even although such advertisements may have been received and paid for in the usual course of business. All literary communications should be addressed to the Editor, and all communications relating to matters of business to the Manager.
