Advertisements inserted by the month or quarter, and withdrawn at any time before the expiry of a monthly or quarterly period, are charged for as if inserted for the full term Alterations for standing advertisements should bo handed in by 2 p.m the day before they are required to appear. Instructions as to tho insertion or withdrawal of advertisements in the Examiner must be in writing. Ad yertisements received without such instruction will be inserted until countermanded, and charged cordingly. Notice to withdraw advertisements must be given in writing not later tli an day before issue. Advertisers and subscribers can remit payment by money orders or postage stamps. For the convenience of advertisers replies to advertisements may be sent to the Examiner Publishing Office; but tho Proprietors do not accept any responsibility. While every care is exercised in regard to the due insertion of advertisements, the Proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for the noninsertion through accident or from other causes; and the Proprietors reserve to themselves the right of omitting advertisements that they may deem objectionable, even although such advertisements may have been received and paid for in the usual course of business. All literary communications should be addressed to tho Editor, and all communications relating to matters of business to the Manager.
