THE TIMARU POISONING CASE.
Hall and Houston were brought up on Tuesday afternoon, when White, for the prosecution, asked for a further remand. Mr Perry and Mr Hay, for the prisoner, opposed, hut Mr Beswick granted the remand till Monday next at 2 p.m.. White undertaking to finish the case then.
