Notice is hereby given that the following sections of agrciulfurnl land, siturtted in the Manawattj DiSTnior, are still Open for Sale on Deferbkij Payments, viz : — 12 Sections in Sandon 13 „ „ Carnarvon 60 „ „ Palmerston. The sections vary in size from 90 to 200 Acbes each, at an Upskt Peick of 25s to 40s an Acre. The Tjgbms of Payment extend over Five Yeabs. The Sandon and Carnarvon sections consist 6f Fibst class Open Agricultural Land, with occasional patches of Bush. NOTICE is hereby given that Courts will ba held for revising the lists of voters for the Electoral Districts of the City of Wellington and Wellington Country on FRIDAY, the sixteenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and seventy- three, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Wellington Athensum, Lambton Quay, Wellington ; and for the Electoral District of the Hutfc on SATURDAY, the seventeenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and seventy -three, at eleven o'olock in the forenoon, at the Mechanics' Institute, Hutt, at which the claims of persons objected to will be heard. The names of persons proved to bo dead will be expunged. The names of persons whose Christian names or places of abode, or the nature of whose qualifications shall be wholly omitted, where by law required to be specified on the list, or whose place of abode, or the nature or description of whose qualifications are insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will be expunged, unless the matter so omitted or insufficiently described be supplied to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer before he shall have completed the revision of such lists of voters.
