Sale of Leasehold Property in Manners Street, Household Furniture and Effects, Cargo Boats* Gear, Casks, Tanks, Pumps, &c. MR J. H. WALLACE is instructed by the administratrix, to sell by public auction, on Thursday, September 17th, 1868, at 12 o'clock noon, on tho premises, Manners street, the personal estate of the late N. G. Houghton, viz : 1. The unexpired term, about 16 years, of the piece of land in Manners street about feet frontage, upon winch stands two dwelling houses, kitchen and outhouses, ground rent £35 10s per annum, payable quarterly. 2. Tho Household furniture and effects, consisting of tables, chairs, bedsteads, carpet, couch, drawers, books, &c., kitchen utensils and sundries. 3. Will to sold at the wharf of E. Pearce, Esq., the cutters Brothers, Duck, Pearl, tho schooner boats Dart, Gem, a pulling boat Rebecca, threo dingies. One old hulk Caledonia, as she now lies at ] the back of tie warehouses of W. W. A four wheeled truck, and a two wheeled ditto, anchors, ballast planks, wheel barrows, water tanks und butts, lead and iron bnllast, paints and brushes, scrapers, grindstones, Iwo force pumps, shovols and bars, wool screws and hooks, a largo quantity of rope, both new and second hand, a quantity of serviceable chain of different sizes, tarpaulins, buoys, spars, blocks, thimbles and sheaves, tools, canvass and twine, a number of spare Bails, and every requisite for carrying on an extensive lighterage business. j 5. In Cuba street, opposite Mr Dixons' soda water manufactory, a large quantity of seasoned spruco and totava boards, piles and posts, bricks, &c. The following is tho burthen of tho boats : — Cutter Brothers, 14 toas Do Duck, 8 do Do Pearl, 18 do, coppered bottom Schooner Dart, 7 do Do Gem, 8 do Boat Rebecoa, 6 do All in first-rate working order, and complete in sails and gear.
